NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE

CARSON CITY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION

AND

REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CITIZENS COMMITTEE

AGENDA

A. ROLL CALL AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM

A-1 Carson City Regional Transportation Commission (RTC)

A-2 Carson City Redevelopment Authority Citizens Committee (RACC)

B. PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public who wish to address the RTC and the RACC may approach the podium and speak on matters related to the RTC and the RACC. Comments are limited to three minutes per person per topic. If your item requires extended discussion, please request the Chair to calendar the matter for a meeting. No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an Agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

C. AGENDA MANAGEMENT NOTICE: The Chair may take items on the agenda out of order; combine two or more agenda items for consideration; and/or remove an item from the agenda or delay discussion relating to an item on the agenda at any time.

D. DISCLOSURES: Any member of the RTC or RACC may explain any contact with the public regarding an item on the agenda or business of the RTC or RACC.

E. PUBLIC MEETING ITEM:

E-1 For possible action to recommend to the Board of Supervisors acceptance of the 90% design of the Downtown Carson Street Project. The RTC and RACC will make separate motions and take separate action on this item. Late Material

Staff Summary: 90% design plans will be presented by the project manager and design consultant. The RACC and RTC have been selected by the Board of Supervisors as “oversight” bodies for the downtown Carson Street Project.

F. PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public who wish to address the RTC and the RACC may approach the podium and speak on any matter that is not specifically included on the agenda as an action item and allowable under the Open Meeting Law. Comments are limited to three minutes per person per topic. If your item requires extended discussion, please request the Chair to calendar the matter for a meeting. No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an Agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
